【个人简介】
郭本青,男,讲师,群众,博士研究生学历,博士学位。先后在杭州UT 斯达康公司,电子科技大学工作,有丰富的科研和工程经验。2018年意大利帕维亚大学国家公派访问学者。多年来,在射频模拟集成电路领域发表论文79篇,期刊论文SCI检索36篇,Ei检索2篇(多数为一作),申请国内发明专利32项,授权21项(均为一作),代表性研究贡献包含:双重噪声消除低噪声放大器(IEEE JSSC), 有源反馈低噪声跨导放大器(IEEE TCAS1), 低噪声混频器(IEEE TMTT),低功耗蓝牙接收前端(IEEE SSCL),亚-6 GHz CMOS无线接收机前端(IEEE RFIC symp.)。CMOS频率转换双重噪声消除无线接收机前端(IEEE RFIC symp.)。主持/参与国家自然科学基金面上、青年项目、四川省科技厅面上项目等纵向科研项目。40多份国际期刊会议审稿人(含IEEE JSSC, TCAS1&2, TMTT, MWCL,TVLSI,ACCESS等)。国家自然基金项目评议人。CRC Press学术图书出版项目评审人。IEEE会员。
