【个人简介】

周娟，女，中共党员，博士研究生学历，博士学位。曾在华为技术有限公司工作，有丰富的科研和工程开发经验。2019年英国利物浦大学国家公派访问学者。近年来，在国内外高水平期刊和重要学术会议上发表论文20余篇,其中SCI收录10余篇，EI收录10余篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项，横向合作项目多项。获得国家授权发明专利5项，欧洲授权发明专利1项，美国授权发明专利1项。

【主持项目】

1. 国家自然科学基金项目，全双工认知无线电的位置优选研究，第一负责人，经费21万。

2．电信科学第5研究所项目，WCDMA上行信号捕获的FPGA 实现，第一负责人，经费50万。

3．电信科学第5研究所项目，WCDMA 信号接收和发射算法处理，第一负责人，经费40万。

4．电子科技大学合作项目，智能测控物理层链路开发，第一负责人，经费29.8万。
